Stress


Eu-stress (or healthy stress) is a good motivator.  It's what gives us that extra spurt to get on with things.  Dis-stress is another matter altogether; it's when what is required of us overtakes our ability to cope. If this stress continues for a long time, our physical, mental and emotional life suffers.  

Perhaps you feel irritable and snappy with friends and colleagues? Does your head or stomach ache for no apparent reason?  Confusion and the inability to complete simple tasks may also give you a clue that you are affected by unhealthy levels of stress.
